A little sister of Dunkin', Sonic and Jimmy John's, this fast casual was a foundational concept for Inspire Brands, along with Arby's and Buffalo Wild Wings. It was known at the time as R-Taco, and by all accounts had been neglected before Inspire became its parent. The new owner has changed the name and set about reinvigorating the concept in anticipation of expansion. Now, it's growing about 9% annually.
