Brandon and Kamrin Knudsen opened the first Ziggi's in Longmont, Colo., in 2004. With a focus on good coffee and good service, the husband-and-wife team has built the business into a 50-unit franchisor with both drive-thru and cafe locations. In May, Ziggi's expanded its menu with a line of fruit-infused drinks called Fresherz.
